Our platform transforms construction documents into actionable insights to streamline workflows and automate deliverables. We are looking for founding team members to help build the product and shape company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Invent and prototype cutting-edge NLP, vision, and fusion methods for understanding complex documents and technical drawings
• Design agentic workflows to orchestrate multi-agent systems for multimodal data
• Manage the complete ML lifecycle: data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with founding team to define requirements and deliver construction-focused software
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or related field; equivalent industry experience acceptable
• Minimum 3 years developing and deploying ML/deep-learning models
• Hands-on experience with transformers, diffusion, or comparable generative models
• Strong software engineering skills: Git, CI/CD, containerization, testing, code reviews
• Proven ability to convert ambiguous problems into shipped features with measurable results

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction-tech or AEC data familiarity (BIM, Revit, IFC)
• Experience with RAG systems, vector search, or agentic architectures
• Open-source ML or peer-reviewed publication contributions
• Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity
