Key Responsibilities

Design scalable backend services and APIs using modern frameworks
Develop and optimize ETL pipelines for data ingestion
Collaborate with co-founders on feature delivery
Manage infrastructure and deployment pipelines
Integrate AI components into core services

Requirements

3–4 years of backend development experience
Proficiency in modern languages like Python
RESTful API design expertise
Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Strong analytical skills
Ability to thrive in startup environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with vector or graph databases
AI/ML pipeline integration
Construction tech background
Docker/Kubernetes familiarity
Interest in building engineering culture
